Your privacy, kept simple

1. In short

• You can browse this website without giving us any personal details.
• This website has no user accounts, sets no cookies and uses no advertising or analytics trackers.
• When you order, the details you type go to us only when you send them on WhatsApp.
• We use your details only to handle your order or enquiry. We never sell them.

2. What we receive and how

Orders. The order form asks for your name, phone number, delivery address with PIN code and the quantity you want. Pressing “Order on WhatsApp” opens WhatsApp with these details written into a message. Nothing is sent to us or stored by this website. We receive the details only if you choose to send that message.

Messages. If you chat with us on WhatsApp or call us, we receive your phone number, your WhatsApp name and whatever you choose to tell us, for example a bulk enquiry for your business.

Website visits. Like every website, the servers that deliver this site briefly process technical information such as your IP address, browser type and the pages requested, to deliver the pages and protect the site against abuse. We do not use this to identify you.

Spam protection. To stop automated spam, the order form checks your details for obvious mistakes and your browser remembers the time of your last order for one minute. That time is stored only on your own device, contains nothing about you, and is never sent to us.

3. What we use your details for

• To confirm your order, the quantity, the price and the delivery charge with you.
• To deliver your order and contact you about it.
• To reply to your questions and bulk enquiries.
• To keep records we are required to keep by law, such as for accounts and tax.

We will not send you marketing messages unless you ask us to, and you can ask us to stop at any time.

4. Who we share them with

We share your name, phone number and address only with the courier or delivery partner who brings your order, and only as needed for delivery. We may also share details where the law requires it. We do not sell or rent your details to anyone.

Messages you send on WhatsApp are also handled by WhatsApp under its own privacy policy. Payments by UPI are handled by your bank or UPI app under their terms. We never ask for your card details, UPI PIN or OTP.

5. How long we keep them

We keep order details for as long as needed to complete and support your order, and afterwards only as long as the law requires for our records. Chats without an order are kept only as long as they are useful to answer you.

6. Your choices and rights

You can ask us to tell you what details we hold about you, to correct them, or to delete them when we no longer need to keep them by law. You can also withdraw any consent you have given. Message us on WhatsApp and we will respond within a reasonable time.

7. Security

This website is served over a secure, encrypted connection (HTTPS). We keep the order details we receive on our business phone and share them only as described above.

8. Children

This website and our products are meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect details from children.

9. Changes to this policy

If we change how we handle your details, we will update this page and the date at the top.
